My background is diverse, spanning from a STEM background in chemical engineering to a less technical one in marketing. I've experienced success and made plenty of mistakes throughout my career, working with companies of one like my own startup to companies of 100,000+ like Johnson and Johnson. I've often learned the hard way and have recognized teachings that could help others from making my same mistakes.
